With an extensive background in technology and business operations, Erin applies well-defined, measurable methods to improve existing processes and design new ones. She helped lead Dynamic Systems through its transition from a leading Sun Microsystems partner to a leading Oracle partner. That work included identifying new technical focus areas, retraining sales and engineering teams, capturing contracts, managing organizational change, adapting internal tools, redesigning procurement processes, and enabling a hybrid-cloud data center.
