Erin Ballew, as Vice President of Engineered Systems at Dynamic Systems, orchestrates large scale programs and drives efficiency in processing to enhance and expand the business while reducing expenditures internally and with our government customers.

With a solid background in technology, Ms. Ballew works to harness evolving technologies to achieve business goals utilizing well defined and measured methodologies for improving existing processes or designing new processes for success. Ms. Ballew led the pivot of the company from a top Sun Microsystems partner to a top Oracle partner handling identification of new technical focus areas, sales and technical re-training, contract capture, and change management, including internal tool adaptations, procurement process redesign, and enabling a hybrid cloud datacenter. Her hands-on leadership has lead to a complete turn around of the company from stagnation to healthy, organic growth.

Ms. Ballew’s expertise, beyond optimizing business processes and technology utilization, is extensive with regard to leading multi-million dollar grants, proposals, and contracts from creation to successful completion in the government space. Ms. Ballew’s recent wins include NIH CIO-CS, NASA SEWP 5, State of CA eServer, and LADWP IT among many others. From her humble beginnings writing grants for JPL to millions in contract capture and contract management within public sector, Ms. Ballew thoroughly understands government proposals, procurement, and contacts.
